Jay Hebert won the 1960 PGA championship and won ten professional events! Also played on the 1959 and 1961 Ryder Cup teams. Tied for eighth in the 1959 Masters! Cajun by ethnicity, born in Louisiana and served in the United States Marine Corps in WWII.

Wounded in the Battle of Iwo Jima and awarded the Purple Heart! A rare autograph on an index card comes with vintage photo magazine cutout.
